1. Service Call Fee & Diagnostic Fee

Option 3: Does not charge a service call fee for initial on-site estimates and diagnostics during our regular business hours for residential services.
Diagnostic Fee: The service call includes a basic diagnostic assessment. If a more in-depth diagnosis is required to pinpoint complex issues, a separate diagnostic fee may apply. This will be communicated to you for approval before proceeding.
2. Estimates & Quotes
Free Estimates: We offer free, no-obligation estimates for most gate repair and new installation services for standard residential services.
Written Quotes: For larger projects or upon request, we will provide a written quote detailing the scope of work, parts, labor, and total estimated cost.
Estimate Validity: Estimates are typically valid for. Timeframe, 30 days from the date of issue, as material prices and availability can fluctuate.
Scope of Work: Quotes will clearly define the scope of work covered. Any work outside of the quoted scope may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and approved by you beforehand.
3. Pricing Structure
Hourly Rates & Flat Rates: Our pricing may be based on hourly rates for certain repairs, or flat rates for specific services (e.g., standard gate opener replacement). The pricing structure will be clearly communicated during the estimate process.
Parts & Materials: The cost of parts and materials will be itemized in your quote or invoice. We use high-quality parts, and pricing may vary depending on brand and availability.
Emergency Service Rates: Services performed outside of our regular business hours or requiring immediate response may be subject to higher emergency service rates. These rates will be communicated to you before service is dispatched.
Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be added to all services and parts as required by Arizona state law.
4. Payment Terms & Methods
Payment Due: Payment is due before start of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, especially for larger installation projects which may have deposit and installment schedules.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Online Payment.
Late Payment Fees: Invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late payment fee of 5%.
5. Scheduling & Appointment Windows
Appointment Scheduling: We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs and offer appointment windows for service. We will do our best to arrive within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Service Windows: Please note that appointment times are estimated windows, and unforeseen circumstances (traffic, prior job delays, etc.) may occasionally affect arrival times. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customer Cancellation: We request , 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10%.
AZ Gate Doctor Rescheduling: In rare instances, AZ Gate Doctor may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (technician illness, parts delays, etc.). We will make every effort to provide you with timely notice and reschedule at your earliest convenience.
7. Warranty Information
Warranty on Repairs: We stand behind our workmanship. Repairs are typically warranted for 1 year on labor and Parts. Warranty details will be specified on your invoice.
Warranty on Installations: New gate installations may come with different warranty periods for parts and labor. Warranty details will be clearly outlined in your installation agreement.
Warranty Limitations: Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship and parts under normal operating conditions. Warranties may be voided by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Access to Property: Please ensure clear and safe access to your property for our technicians on the scheduled service date.
Power & Water Access: For certain services, access to electrical power outlets and/or water may be required. Please inform us of any specific access requirements when scheduling your appointment.
Valuables & Pets: Please secure any valuables and ensure pets are safely contained away from the work area for the safety of our technicians and your property.
9. Modifications to Policy
