As an AZ Gate Dr Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gate systems to meet and exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Gate Installation: Install a variety of gate systems, including swing gates, sliding gates, automatic gate openers, and associated components such as sensors and intercom systems.
Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose gate issues, perform repairs, and conduct routine maintenance to ensure gates are fully operational and safe.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair and installation processes, addressing customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working on gate installations and repairs to maintain a safe working environment for both yourself and others.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of gate installations and repair work, including parts used, services provided, and time spent on each job.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest gate repair and installation techniques and products to ensure that we provide top-quality services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in gate installation and repair, with a strong understanding of gate systems, electrical components, and gate openers.
Proficiency in using tools and equipment relevant to gate repair and installation.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Electrical or welding certification is a plus but not mandatory.
