As an AZ Gate Dr Dispatcher, you will play a central role in coordinating and ensuring the smooth operation of our gate repair services. Your primary responsibility will be to manage service requests, schedule appointments, and communicate effectively with customers and field technicians to ensure timely and quality gate repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Coordination: Receive incoming service requests from customers via phone, email, or online platforms. Assess the urgency and nature of the repair needed and schedule appointments accordingly.
Technician Assignment: Assign field technicians to repair jobs based on their skills, availability, and location. Provide clear instructions and ensure they have the necessary equipment and materials.
Customer Communication: Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the repair process. Update customers on appointment times, technician arrivals, and any delays. Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and optimize the technician schedules, ensuring timely arrivals at customer locations. Prioritize urgent requests and provide flexibility when possible.
Job Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, job progress, and completed repairs. Keep organized records for billing and reporting purposes.
Problem Solving: Act as a point of contact for any issues that arise during repair jobs. Work to find practical solutions that meet customer needs and technician capabilities.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in dispatching or a similar role, preferably in a field service or repair company.
Proficiency in using scheduling and dispatching software.

Basic knowledge of gate repair processes and terminology is a plus but not mandatory.
